RULES OF THE PARK:
Thorntree Lake Mission Statement:
To provide a clean, safe and quiet place we can be proud of and call home...
THORNTREE LAKE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS OR INJURY’S TO RESIDENTS,GUESTS OR PERSONAL PROPERTY.
IT IS THE TENANTS RESPONSIBILITY TO HAVE PROPER INSURANCE ON THEIR VEHICLES,CAMPERS ETC.
Rules effective June 2022
- SPEED LIMIT IS 5MPH - IF YOU HAVE DUST BLOWING BEHIND YOUR CAR - YOU ARE GOING TOO FAST!! Residents are asked to have their guests comply!
- Rent is due the FIRST of each month, if not paid by the 3rd, a $50 late fee will be assessed.
- NO PARKING IN GRASSY AREAS WHEN IT IS WET OR SNOWY!
- ALL lots are to be clean and tidy. If you have large items in your yard, please be sure to leave room for grass cutting.
- NO Hot Tubs, Swimming pools etc allowed on your lot, NO utility trailers on your lot
- Registered tenants are the ONLY people to be living at your site. Overnight and long term guests must be approved. Guest name and birthday may be required for background checks.
- NO loud music and “thumping” when driving thru the park.
- NO boating, kayaking or swimming allowed in pond.
- Motorcycles are welcome, please keep them off the grass.
- Park ONLY in your site or guest parking.
- TWO vehicles only allowed per site.
- Please do NOT remove any items from other campsites (even if you think the guests have left) without permission!!
- Please be respectful of the bath house. Please do not leave your mess for others! Please flush only TP, as we ar
- NO cigarette butts allowed to be thrown on the ground.
- ALL pets (INCLUDING CATS) must be kept with their owner and on a leash at all times. Pets are NOT allowed on a lead line/chain/rope etc...
- Please pick up after your animals, this includes your lot and the common areas!
AMMENITIES
- Bath House with showers and coin operated washers & dryers. $1.25 - wash ......... $1.00 dry
- Stocked pond for fishing, all guests must be accompanied by the resident at all times. Catch and release please!
- Tank dumping - $25 per week paid monthly with lot rent. Black & Grey tanks emptied once weekly on Wednesday. If it’s bad weather, tanks will be emptied the next suitable day.
If you do not properly maintain your dump tank lines in the winter and it is frozen, we will not be able to dump your tanks, we are not responsible for frozen lines.
If you need your tank dumped more than once a week, fee is $20 cash the day it is dumped.
- Dumpster located by the bathhouse for residents.
